The Shining Starz Mixtape is a Compilation CD that will contain *18* of the best songs featuring artists from across the region. The Shining Starz Mixtape is a great outlet; it will be heavily promoted in the GTA region, and reached out to Independent and Major Music Recording Label Executive A&R’s. We are looking for Creativity in songs, Knowledge of song writing, and overall we are looking for HIT RECORDS on Original Beats.
