Change Promotions is once again proud to present See-Low 3on3; The Region of Peels Third Annual 3on3 Basketball Tournament, which will be held on Saturday July 21st, 2007 at South Fletchers Sportsplex (Arena 1). This will be another one of the many major events that will be held in our Region by Change Promotions. The tournament will consist of the top 32 teams; 8-female, 8-junior, 8 senior and 8-Adult level teams. Each team will consist of a minimum of three players, which are over 96 players (Due to the high-demand of team registration, a possible preliminary tournament may occur prior to the event to determine the top 32 teams). Along with the players, there will be many spectators at this event, which is guaranteed to sell out to capacity! The tournament will be on a Saturday morning, and will run until late evening. High intensity level games will be in progress throughout the day. Each Team will be Guaranteed 4 games. There will be 4 games in progress at a time so viewers can choose which game to watch and they feel is the most exciting. Along side the tournament there will be many other events and contests occurring to keep all entertained including a skills competition and “HANG TIME” (Dunking Competition). The See-Low 3on3 Tournament will be recorded by our local Broadcast Station; Rogers Television (Cable 10). During the tournament there will be a live event MC along with a DJ playing billboards top 200 songs to ensure the majority of our crowd will enjoy the music that is being played. Live music and dance performances by Peels Shining Starz™. There will also be many Crowd Giveaways, raffles as well as various types of competitions for the audience to gain recognition of our tournament sponsors in an enjoyable manner. There will be a 1st place-winning team in each division for the tournament, as well as a tournament MVP. The winners of the tournament will each receive an Award, a T-shirt, prize packs by our tournament sponsors, free team entry for the following year, and Free Entry into this years “NBA 3on3 Ballers Unite” (Hoop-it-up) and a Ca$h Prize. 10% of the proceeds from See-Low 3on3 will be donated to our new charity, (The Foundation for Change).
South Fletchers Sportsplex is conveniently situated on the borderline of Brampton and Mississauga. 500 Ray Lawson/Mclaughlin Rd, Brampton, ON (South of Steeles Ave); and is ideally situated near Highway 410 and 401;ensuring easy accessibility for those driving, as well as those taking a public transportation. It is important that the See-Low 3 on 3 Tournament is differentiated from all other 3 on 3 basketball tournaments which was one of the reasons we had decided to host this years event inside an arena which will be transformed into a basketball stadium.
