Skinny (C.P): You already know who it is, your boy Skinny. Right now I’m with Organik. Battle King Freestlying Champion two years in a row. What’s good?

Organik: Chilling.

Skinny (C.P): Enjoying life right now?

Organik: Yeah, it’s alright

Skinny (C.P): Its about that time right now where you are going to defend your title for the 3rd time in a row. Do you think you can do it?

Organik: I’m more than capable of doing it. Its whether I swear or not (laughing). It’s going to be my last year though I promise.

Skinny (C.P): Oh word? But if you win, then why are you going to retire?

Organik: The no-swearing throws me off. When you sit there and the whole time when your not rapping, everybody is saying “you can’t say this, you can’t say that”, then what can I say? Last year that screwed me up big time. After my first round, everybody was surrounding me telling me what I couldn’t say, then when it’s your turn to rap, what am I suppose to say? Am I supposed to talk about the way he ties his shoe?

Skinny (C.P): Why not? I don’t even tie my shoes.

Organik: (laughing) that’s a joke there itself.

Skinny (C.P): How do you feel about the battle this year?

Organik: Good. I’m feeling good.

Skinny (C.P): What have you been doing since the last time we’ve seen you?

Organik: Since last year, I’ve done a lot. I won the 2007 Amped Moblie “Battle of the Heads” which was pretty big. I got a $500 cash prize and an Amped Mobile phone free for a year. I just did the “Jump Off” Duck T.V $50,000 World Rap Championships. It consists of 8 cities all over the world, from Australia to London. It happened in Toronto from 10am – 1am, pretty wild.

Skinny (C.P): How do you feel you did in that?

Organik: I did good myself, but my partner wasn’t pleased with himself on his performance. My solo performance I felt was pretty decent I have no complaints but there’s always next year. Skinny (C.P): We’re here right now at the Rose Theatre Brampton Auditions and last year I remember you brought a singer who did her thing. Did you bring anyone this year?

Organik: One of my boys really wanted to come today, but he couldn’t get anybody to drive him. He’s going to try to come to the emcee battle. He’s dirty.

Skinny (C.P): Is he better than you? (Laughing)

Organik: You know what, making songs and writing tracks, I don’t think I have ever met somebody who could had the capability to write on the level he writes with.. He’s disgusting. This will be his first battle now what I mean? He’s just trying to get his name out there so he’s trying to do whatever he can.

Skinny (C.P): Where can the people hear you? All the fans who want to know what Organik is dealing with?

All 3 round battles plus overtime and punchline rounds. Probably like 2-3 hours of footage. That’s all against top battlers in Toronto like: Bishop, Kid Twist, pooRICH, Prolific Aspire, Knamelis.

Skinny (C.P): And your biting all there heads off?

Organik: My girlfriend who comes to every single battle and never bitches or complains. Sometimes shes the target of a low blow, if people cant diss me, they go at her. She takes it like a champ though.
